Fry ground beef, in a pan until golden brown. Boil 4-5 cups of water then add the broccoli. Add the potatoes to the frying pan with the beef. Mix everything together in the pot, add pepper and serve with the brown rice.

The ingredients are: 1 boneless and skinless chicken breast, 4 cups water, a cup of flour and 2 eggs (beaten). Boil the chicken breast for about half an hour, then separate the meat. Add some flour to the chicken broth, use a whisk to remove the lumps. Add the beaten eggs. Cook until the mix is thick. Use a food processor to puree chicken meat, then add to the gravy. Refrigerate.
